Due to our low prices on the net all sales are final on our golf clubs and accessories. We use quality stainless steel products, such as 17-4, 431, just like the major manufacturers. Our clubs are exactly like the pictures shown on our web site. Take time when ordering and pay attention to what you order, after you submit your order if there are any errors on your receipt or checkout page you will need to call us asap. otherwise we will make your your clubs as to how you ordered them. You will need to fill out and fax us to receive an RGA # prior to shipping your order back if we incorrectly made your clubs. RGA #'s are good for one box only.

Warranty
Golf Clubs Etc. craftsmanship is guaranteed. We will repair or replace any defective golf head that is damaged in the normal use of play for a 1 year period. Miss-hits that occur on the top of wood heads are excluded from warranty. *Graphite shafts that are damaged are excluded from warranty. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Policy
Ordering online is the fastest way to receive your merchandise, our system is fully automated. Your clubs will arrive in about 14 working days, please wait this time before calling for a tracking number. They are custom made and take about 3 days to build and another 5-8 days for ground shipping. Please use the online order system, it is safe and secure for your credit card. If your information is stolen from our company, WWW Development LLC. will pay your fee (up to $50.00) to cover your insurance cost to the credit card company, you are not liable if your card is stolen or used in an unauthorized way. All products are brand new from the manufacturer. Due to problems with UPS and Fedex there are no guarantees on overnight, 2nd day air or 3-day shipping, or ground shipping. Therefore there are no refunds on any shipping charges. Orders shipped outside the Continental U.S., will incur additional shipping charges. All sales on golf related products from Golf Clubs Etc. are final. You may return a club for warranty after filling out the RGA form online. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any returned or cancelled orders. If we have to use an outside collection agency to collect any money that is due we will charge a $25.00 fee plus amount owed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or by any other courier that offers a tracking number. We suggest you insure your returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment. Products, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Special orders may take up to 4 weeks to deliver-call about special items. All products must be inspected when received by carrier and any shortages, or damaged merchandise must be reported to them at the time of delivery. If not reported to carrier no claim can be made. Products are inspected before shipping to assure all items are shipped. Because of prices changes on other web sites you must notify us within 24hrs for a refund. If you order online from California we will charge you sales tax if you have not added the tax on your online order. All warranty items are through the manufacturer of the product only and must be returned to a warranty center, WWW Development LLC. will not be held responsible for warranty or shipping for return of warranty of products-no exceptions. If customer initiates a chargeback against our company we will charge a $20.00 fee, this fee is charged to us from the credit card companies. Any legal disputes and or claims concerning any product(s) are the manufacturers responsibility.
